The Duke Center for Eating Disorders (DCED) led by Center Director Nancy Zucker, PhD, offers personalized treatment for the full spectrum of eating disorders and body image issues across the lifespan. Our providers are trained in empirically-validated treatments for the management of eating disorders.
The Duke Center for Eating Disorders is known for its innovative treatment development based on our emerging understanding of the developmental neuroscience that supports how individuals come to read and understand body signals to better attune to themselves and others.
Our intention is to help individuals live fully in their bodies, free to live vital, meaningful lives.
